And welcome back for the Spring term. Coming up will be the All Region Clinic and Concert. The clinics will be January 24th and 25th. The concert will be Saturday January 26th. This year the All Region concert will be at UTEP in the Magoffin Auditorium. Parking is available on Sun Bowl Drive in the Sun Bowl Parking garage.
Applebee's Flapjack Fundraiser Saturday, January 19th from 8:00-10:00 am Tickets are only $8! Thank you so much for supporting the CHSOA fundraising opportunities of 2018. Now that it's the new year, we kick off 2019 with a Flapjack Fundraiser! Our Orchestra students will be at Applebee's to help with seating, serving and serenading. Breakfast includes 2-3 pancakes, sausage, coffee or soft drink for just $8!
Tickets will be available for students pick up and sell starting Wednesday, January 9th. These tickets have been prepaid so please make sure to turn in any extra tickets (we hope you don't have any extra but if you do, please get them back to us ASAP). Money must be turned in by January 18th.
We also need 14 student volunteers to work this event. If you would like to volunteer please email - email@example.com, you must be at Applebee's by 7 am for instructions. You will be greeting, seating, serving guests. This is a fun event!
Day of event requirements for student volunteers:
Pants or shorts (no more than 2 inches above the knee)
Non-slip shoes must be worn
Hair- washed & groomed (if longer than collar length must be tied back)
Volunteers must be @ least 16 years old.
For safety reason, no one except volunteers will be allowed in the kitchen.
***Any outstanding tickets not returned or paid for, will be the responsibility of each family. Please make sure to sell your tickets!
