Barre 3 certified instructor, Brandi, will lead a one hour session in the Gym at the Coronado High School focused on "Relaxation". Barre 3 workouts are described as:
"Efficient + effective workout combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. When you work out with us, you'll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout".
The Coronado HS superior rated Chamber Orchestra will accompany your workout with live music. Come hear soloists, string quartets, and a 40 piece string orchestra during this one hour immersive experience that will surely nourish your body, mind, and soul.
Every attendee will be entered into a raffle for Barre 3 goodies, dining, and local shopping prizes.
